The hydraulic hammer is an accessory for construction machinery, tractors, dozers and wheeled excavators, equipped with a suitable hydraulic system and a compatible mounting base. A hammer is a device that uses hydraulic oil pressure from the machine’s hydraulic system and is intended for construction work such as:
- demolition of buildings
- drilling holes in hard surfaces
- breaking ground
- extraction of material in mines
- aggregate mining
How a jackhammer works
High-pressure hydraulic oil flows through the metal block in special hydraulic channels and causes the movement of the piston, which strikes with a needle. The hammer also has a gas chamber, which is responsible for returning the piston to the position before impact.
Hammer for small crawler excavator.
Compatible with GRAECUS EB24 / EB27 cleats.
